Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

Please be advised that all conference registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

Once a registration is successfully completed and the payment is processed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the delegate's inability to attend, visa rejections, travel restrictions, or personal medical emergencies.

Registration Transfer

While cancellations and financial refunds are not permitted, the organizing committee may, at its sole discretion, allow a registered delegate to transfer their registration to a colleague or peer.

• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to pcsi2026hyd@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the conference start date.
• The substitute delegate must fall under the same registration category (e.g., PG Student to PG Student).
• All transfer requests are subject to approval by the organizing committee.

No-Shows

Delegates who fail to attend the conference (No-Shows) will not be eligible for any refund, credit, or transfer of their registration fees to future events.
