  • Professional Data: Medical Council Name, Registration Number, and Membership Numbers (IAPM, IAP-ID) if applicable.
  • Financial Data: We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs. All online payments are securely processed through highly encrypted, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (such as ICICI PGPay, Razorpay, etc.).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect exclusively for the purpose of managing and executing the conference. This includes:

  • Processing your conference registration, workshops, and accompanying person details.
  • Sending you confirmation emails, invoices, event updates, and WhatsApp notifications regarding your registration status.
  • Generating your conference badges, certificates, and allocating medical council credit hours.
  • Managing your abstract submissions and communicating peer-review results.
  • Addressing any queries, refund requests, or technical issues you may have.

We strictly respect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to external marketing agencies.

We may share your data solely with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our conference, and servicing you (such as our payment gateway providers, email/SMS service providers, and our on-ground event management team).
